Low volume wholesale discount schedule and terms
This program is appropriate for retailers who consistently want to order less than six of each title:
- 40% discount, No minimum
- Pay at time of order (e check, credit card, pay pal)
- All orders must be self-serv, using this page on our web site (we can help you familiarize, of course)
- Pay shipping and handling of your choice
These terms supercede their equivalent regular wholesale terms, below. If you are interested in this, please Email us with the e mail address and password you want to use so we can set up your account specially for these terms and you'll be good to go. (If your volume turns out to be higher than you thought and you want regular wholesale we can switch you, but we can't switch you back and forth).

- Volume discounts per schedule above
- First order prepaid or pay at time of order (e check, credit card, pay pal)
- With approved credit on account, payment in full is due within 30 days of shipment. Past due accounts will be charged at 1.5% monthly. Payment must be in U.S. funds.
- Free UPS ground shipping on our BOOKS and DVDs. Shipping is NOT included on hardware items (valves and flow splitters).

Non-wholesale items
Items which are not listed in the order form above (ones which are not ours and the retail package deals) are not available wholesale.
Case quantities
Please order in the case pack quantities whenever possible. We reserve the right to adjust quantities up or down to meet the nearest case pack. We will contact you for authorization if the adjustment exceeds 15%.
How many to buy of which item?
It is better for everyone if you have enough stock to meet sales, but don't have money tied up in extra, unsold stock.
How much should you order of each thing in order for everything to run out at the same time?
Obviously every situation is different, but here's the overall average ratio of sales between different items:

Shipping cost
Free in continental US via UPS for regular wholesale accounts.
Shipping by other means is charged as calculated.

- Shipments of single copies of books and all plumbing parts generally originate from our warehouse in Tucson, AZ.
- Shipments of whole cases of books generally originate from our warehouse in Tennessee.

Return/ cancel an order
Wholesale order refund policy
There is a 10% restock fee for product returned in perfect condition within 60 days. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
Product which has the slightest damage is not returnable, as we can't resell it.
To cancel an order before it has shipped

Book physical characteristics
All books have EAN bar codes and a consumer-readable price on the back cover.Water Storage-bookand Create an Oasis with Greywater-bookare perfect bound with color covers. The other books are soft cover, saddle-stitched, with a black and white cover and the title imprinted on the "spine."

CO-marketing
Marketing Ad copy and/or newsletter ready articles and graphics on Mac or IBM diskette are available upon request or you can get them from theDownloadable copy & graphicspage. We can also provide review copies to your favorite publications or write articles on greywater for them. We occasionally coop ads.
